ukb9 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

By accessing or using the ukb9 platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and ukb9 ("We", "Us", "Platform"). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawals or account closure. ukb9 may close or void any account found to be held by a player who does not meet the above eligibility criteria, and any funds in such an account may be forfeited.

Each player may hold only one registered account at ukb9. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If ukb9 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and any winnings or bonus funds across those accounts may be voided. ukb9 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at registration or at any point thereafter. Where ukb9 requests verification documents, they must be provided promptly. Accepted documents include valid national identity cards, passports, and utility bills confirming your registered address in Bangladesh. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended or permanently closed, and any pending withdrawal requests may be held pending the outcome of verification.

ukb9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the ukb9 platform:

• All funds deposited to your ukb9 wallet must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to you are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. ukb9 aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe after KYC verification has been completed. Any account found to be involved in money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes will be immediately closed and reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash except where the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Where prohibited conduct is detected, ukb9 may immediately suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals, void open bets, and permanently close the account without prior notice. Any remaining balance after the deduction of fraudulently obtained funds may be returned to the player at ukb9's discretion.

ukb9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time. Grounds for account suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• A request by the player for self-exclusion or account closure. Where a player voluntarily requests account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement) will be returned via the player's registered payment method.
• Detection of suspicious activity, potential fraud, money laundering indicators, or a request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority to suspend or close the account.

ukb9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are required by law or by a regulatory instruction on shorter notice, ukb9 will implement them immediately and notify players as soon as practicable thereafter.

Your continued use of the ukb9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the ukb9 platform and may request account closure by contacting ukb9 support. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ukb9 operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to fair resolution of player disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, bonus calculation, or account decision, players should contact ukb9 support in the first instance. ukb9 will investigate all disputes in good faith and aims to provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. All decisions made by ukb9 following a good-faith investigation are final, subject to any applicable legal rights the player may have under the laws of Bangladesh.
